Ten Precision accepts RFQ enquiries from customers worldwide. We use the contact details and technical files you provide to assess and respond to an enquiry, communicate about a prospective business relationship, protect the service from abuse and meet applicable legal obligations.

What we collect

When you submit an RFQ, we collect your name, work email, company, country or region, request details, quantity, material or finish information and correspondence. We also collect the drawing or model you choose to upload, together with limited security and submission logs.

Technical files may contain confidential information. Please do not upload special-category personal data or any information you are not authorised to share.

How we use and share RFQ information

We use RFQ information to review the part requirement, prepare or discuss a quotation, answer questions, maintain the related commercial record, prevent automated or abusive submissions and comply with applicable obligations.

Access is limited to authorised Ten Precision staff and service providers that help operate the RFQ process. This includes Cloudflare for website security, Turnstile verification and restricted RFQ-file storage, and Resend for RFQ notification and acknowledgement emails.

International processing and retention

Ten Precision is based in China. Information submitted through the website may be processed in China and by the service providers described above in locations relevant to their services. If you need information about a particular transfer before submitting an RFQ, contact us first.

We retain RFQ records and uploaded files only while they are needed to assess the enquiry, manage the related commercial record, resolve a dispute or meet an applicable obligation. Retention is reviewed when the enquiry and related record are no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and the circumstances, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. To make a request or ask a privacy question, email rfq@tenprecision.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
