CNC milling and turning for prototypes, fixtures and low-volume production. Share your 3D model, drawing, material, quantity, finish and inspection requirements for a manufacturability review and quote.
Select the right route
CNC milling is suited to prismatic parts, pockets, profiles, mounting features and multi-face geometry. CNC turning is suited to round parts such as shafts, sleeves, bushings and threaded components. We review the drawing, material, critical features, quantity and inspection requirements before proposing the machining route.

For prismatic, plate and multi-feature components: pockets, holes, profiles, faces and machined interfaces.
For shafts, bushings, housings and rotational features where concentricity and repeatability are important.
Capability at the part level
3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC milling alongside CNC turning for prismatic, multi-feature and rotational parts.
Tolerances down to ±0.01 mm, assessed against the part geometry, material and approved drawing.
Aluminum, steel, stainless steel, copper, titanium and engineering plastics, with finishing selected for the application.
Threading, deburring, laser marking, assembly and heat treatment can be included where they are part of the agreed scope.
Part size, route and delivery are reviewed against your drawing and the agreed project scope.
Materials and finishes
We review the material, surface expectation and functional requirement together so the quote reflects the part's intended use.
Aluminum alloys, steel, stainless steel, copper and titanium alloys, with specified grades reviewed per project.
Engineering-plastic options are assessed around strength, temperature, appearance and the component's working environment.
Anodizing, blasting, powder coating, plating, polishing and heat treatment can be specified where appropriate.

Inspection matched to critical features
Call out the dimensions, threads, interfaces and cosmetic surfaces that matter. The agreed inspection approach is then included in the project scope.
