Parts that need to form, fit and assemble.
Laser cutting, bending, welding and hardware installation for prototype and low-volume sheet metal parts. Share your model, drawing, material, thickness, finish, quantity and assembly requirements for manufacturing review and quotation.
A considered fabrication route
Custom sheet metal fabrication combines cutting, forming, joining, hardware installation and finishing in one controlled part or assembly scope. We review the drawing, flat-pattern assumptions, material, thickness, bend requirements, joining method, appearance and inspection needs before proposing the fabrication route.
From flat pattern to finished assembly
Laser cutting, punching and perforation planned around the outline, apertures and feature pattern.
Bending and rolling considered with the part geometry, material and downstream fit in view.
TIG, MIG and spot welding, riveting and PEM hardware installation where the assembly requires them.
Surface and cosmetic requirements clarified before the fabrication route is released.
More than cut and bend
The design review should identify features that affect cutting, bend sequence, tool access, joining, distortion, hardware installation, appearance and downstream assembly. Critical interfaces and cosmetic surfaces should be marked before the fabrication scope is released.
Material and thickness, bend radii and bend direction, reliefs, hems and formed features are reviewed with the intended fit in mind.
Weld access, distortion risk, hardware type and installation side are considered where they are part of the agreed build scope.
Models, drawings, mating interfaces, cosmetic surfaces, coating allowances and the current revision give the review a clear starting point.

Materials and finish
Aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, copper and brass can be reviewed against strength, environment, appearance and joining needs.
Anodizing, bead blasting, powder coating, plating, brushing, polishing, screen printing and laser marking can be included where required.
Material, thickness, maximum part size and finish are reviewed and quoted per project.

Fabricate, inspect, assemble
Inspection and documentation are matched to the features that matter to the project—whether that is fit, appearance, assembly, critical dimensions or material verification.
